The CONV‑24 is a 24 ft portable flat‑belt conveyor built entirely from steel. It features a 10″ wide, 3‑ply heavy‑duty belt with 2″ rubber buckets and runs at a constant 160 ft/min. Powered by a 1.5 HP, 120 V motor coupled to a Size 70 gearbox, it offers low‑maintenance direct drive, easy modular assembly, and simple belt tensioning. Ideal for site loading, concrete, debris, and aggregate handling.
